English Language Classes $120 | Sept 24 - Dec 12 Tues & Thurs | 10am - 12pm We are delighted to offer ESL classes at WRBC once again. This ESL Program accepts all adult students, international and local, whose first language is not English and who wish to take classes in our program. Please note there are 4 levels (beginner, beginner II, intermediate and advanced) available. There may be extra costs for study materials. Please register online. Space is limited.
