The 2017 Annual Report, including the 2018 AGM agenda, and the 2017 Charitable Receipts are available for pick-up in the foyer of the church.

LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION: Sunday, February 18 after the service. Everyone is welcome to join us for lunch, games and a kids concert. Asian families will bring a main and side dish to share, everyone else is welcome to bring a salad, a vegetable plate, a plate of fruits or a dessert. Please contact Lisa (lisa@whiterockbaptist.ca) by Feb 4 to sign up to perform in the Kids Concert, rehearsal on Feb 11. RSVP office@whiterockbaptist.ca for lunch by Feb 11. LAUGH YOUR WAY TO A BETTER MARRIAGE: Starts Wednesday, February 21 at 6:30pm in the Fireside Room. $10 per couple for the course. All ages welcome! Come out for 4 evenings of marriage enrichment where couples will laugh, learn, and be able to make real, positive changes to their marriage. Mark Gungor, one of the most sought-out speakers on love and marriage, explores (via video) the underlying dynamics of male/female relationships, combining striking clarity and practical solutions to common relationship woes. Mark's humor makes his teaching enjoyable, effective and memorable, helping husbands and wives remember these insights and immediately put them to work. FRIDAY FRIENDSHIP: Friday, February 23 at Noon Adena Paget is an author, singer and storyteller who will minister to us after a delicious hot lunch ($10, 55+). Please RSVP by Wednesday, February 21 at noon to office@whiterockbapatist.ca or 604-531-2344.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Sunday, February 25 at 11:30am. Taco Lunch ($5 at the door, $15 max per family, ages 5 and under free). Everyone is welcome, but only members are allowed to vote.

PARENT SEMINAR GENERATION Z: Thursday, March 1 at 7:00pm. GENERATION Z - "Screenagers": They are the current youth demographic; they are a tech generation with big dreams and unique challenges; they are GenZ. Jen Hubbard, of Youth for Christ, will help us understand them and give us a few tools to help connect with them. Childcare will be available.
